I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) passionate about helping individuals, couples, families, and athletes navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-awareness. My work focuses on trauma, attachment, relationships, emotional wellness, and sports therapy, using a compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach. I am dedicated to creating spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow through healing, connection, and personal development. Through therapy, consultation, workshops, and education, I strive to support mental wellness and strengthen individuals both personally and professionally.
